Common use of Quality and Timeliness Clause in Contracts

Quality and Timeliness. a. Provider agrees to perform the Services for the benefit of Client and be responsible for the quality and timeliness of the Services. b. With respect to Services where Provider is responsible for providing notice to Client representative(s) and Provider has provided such notice to the designated Client representative(s), Provider shall be held harmless for Client’s failure to act on the information provided by Provider.
