Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE. 6.2.1 The QAE is responsible for the quality monitoring of CONTRACTOR’s performance. The QAE may or may not be the same person as the CCA. 6.2.2 The QAE is not authorized to make any changes in the Terms and Conditions of the Contract and is not authorized to obligate DPSS in any way whatsoever.
