Quality Assurance Program. If Section I of this contract includes Standard Clause 109-QSP- Quality Significant Purchase, the Contractor shall have a Quality Assurance (QA) program, which provides for control of activities affecting quality of the item(s) or service(s) specified in the SOW to an extent consistent with their importance. Such program shall be documented by written policies, procedures, or instructions and shall be carried out by the Contractor in accordance with those policies, procedures, or instructions.
