Common use of Quality Control and Quality Assurance Clause in Contracts

Quality Control and Quality Assurance. The Contractor shall be responsible for controlling the quality of supplies provided or services performed under this contract and tendering to the Customer for acceptance only those supplies or services that conform with the requirements of this contract. In addition, the Contractor shall ensure and maintain substantiating evidence that vendors or suppliers of raw materials, parts, components, etc., have an acceptable quality control system and that the supplies or services conform to contract quality requirements, and furnish such information to the Customer as required.
