  • Records and Documents CONTRACTOR shall make available, upon written request by any duly authorized Federal, State, or COUNTY agency, a copy of this Agreement and such books, documents and records as are necessary to certify the nature and extent of the CONTRACTOR’s costs related to this Agreement.
