Quality Control Requirements. Contractor shall maintain a viable Quality Control Program that ensures that the paint supplied conforms to the Contract specifications. At a minimum, the program must include: (a) Routine verification of the type, quality, and purity of raw materials; (b) Sampling, testing, and record keeping on all batches produced; (c) A procedure for valve and tote checks for all reusable totes that are repurposed; and (d) A procedure to administer flow checks prior to shipping totes with valves to ensure no air bubbles or clogged totes. Quality control test run on each batch shall be sufficient to ensure that the paint meets specifications. All paint batches shall have a unique number assigned to them, which shall be used to correlate control test results and identify individual containers. Contractor shall allow Enterprise Services full access to all quality control process and records pertaining to the paints procured for this Contract.
