Quality Control Services. 1.5.1 The Professional shall have a written Quality Control program in place as part of the Professional’s standard office practices. The Owner may review the Professional’s Quality Control Program at any time. The Quality Control Program shall apply to all areas of the Professional’s work, including the review of all drawings prior to submission to the Owner.
