Quality Control Services. 1. The CONSULTANT shall have a written Quality Control program in place as part of the CONSULTANT’s standard office practices. The OWNER may review the CONSULTANT’s Quality Control Program at any time. The Quality Control Program shall apply to all areas of the CONSULTANT’s work, including the review of all drawings prior to submission to the OWNER.
