Quality Level Clause Samples

The Quality Level clause defines the minimum standards or specifications that goods, services, or work must meet under a contract. It typically outlines measurable criteria, such as industry benchmarks, performance metrics, or specific grades, that the deliverables must satisfy. For example, it may require that products conform to ISO standards or that services achieve a certain customer satisfaction rating. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the expected quality, reducing disputes and providing a basis for assessing compliance or triggering remedies if standards are not met.
Quality Level. By monitoring the contractor, the CO/COR will determine whether the contractor is performing up to industry standards and expectations, and those standards specified in this BPA and any issued task orders.

Quality Level. Supplier shall use its reasonable best efforts to achieve an acceptable outgoing quality level of at least 100 ppm (as measured through Supplier's Acceptance Quality Level testing) for all Supplier Products during the term of the Agreement.

  • Service Levels All service level requirements will be set forth in Exhibit A (“▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Referral Service Level Requirements”). Recipient ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to adhere, and encourage Recipient Agent’s adherence, with the version of the ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Referral Service Level Requirements in effect at the time ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ identifies the Referral to Recipient Broker/Agent.

  • Service Level In the event that League InfoSight discovers or is notified by you of the existence of Non-Scheduled Downtime, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the source of the problem and attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

  • Quality Service Standards Price Services and the Fund may from time to time agree to certain quality service standards, as well as incentives and penalties with respect to Price Services’ Services hereunder.
