Quality of Design Services. Design/Builder shall be responsible for the professional quality, completeness, accuracy, and coordination of Design Documents. Design/Builder shall provide Design Services that will result in an operationally cost-efficient and economical facility that meets all environmental and regulatory requirements as of the date hereof, and uses the most appropriate available technology. Design/Builder shall provide for all testing and inspections required by sound professional architectural and engineering practices and by governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. The building must be designed using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software such as Revit /Autodesk, or approved equal.
