Common use of Quality of Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Quality of Interconnection. The local interconnection for the transmission and routing of telephone exchange service and exchange access that BellSouth provides to Satcom will be at least equal in quality to what it provides to itself and any subsidiary or affiliate, where technically feasible, or to any other party to which BellSouth provides local interconnection. Attachment 2 contains detailed service descriptions, technical requirements and quality measures provided to Satcom.
