Common use of Quality of Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Quality of Interconnection. 6.1 U S WEST will not, for the purpose of Interconnection, provide to AT&T less favorable terms and conditions than it provides itself or any other Person or in a manner less efficient than it would impose on itself or any other Person. The quality of Interconnection will be at least equal to that U S WEST provides to itself or any other Person. To the extent that AT&T requests higher or lower quality Interconnection, AT&T agrees to use the Bona Fide Request process described in Part A of this Agreement.
