Common use of Quality of Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Quality of Interconnection. USWC will not, for the purpose of Interconnection, provide to NAS less favorable terms and conditions than USWC provides itself or in a manner less efficient than it would impose on itself. The quality of Interconnection will be at least equal to that of USWC. Both Parties agree to manage their network switches in accordance with the Bellcore LSSGR.
