Quality of Material and Work Sample Clauses

The 'Quality of Material and Work' clause sets the standard for the materials used and the workmanship provided in a contract. It typically requires that all materials supplied must be new, of specified or superior quality, and that all work performed must meet industry standards or the specific requirements outlined in the agreement. For example, in a construction contract, this clause ensures that building materials are not substandard and that construction practices adhere to professional norms. Its core function is to protect the client or purchaser by ensuring that the final product is durable, safe, and meets agreed-upon expectations, thereby reducing the risk of defects or disputes over quality.
