Common use of Quality of material and workmanship Clause in Contracts

Quality of material and workmanship. 11.1.1 The Contractor shall ensure that the Works and workmanship are in accordance with the requirements specified in this Contract Agreement and Good Industry Practice. 11.1.2 The Contractor warrants that all materials, hardware, equipments, furniture & fixtures and other Project Assets for the Project shall be new, unused, not reconditioned and in conformity with the standard of Works mentioned in this Contract Agreement, Applicable Laws and Good Industry Practice, and that the Contractor shall not use any materials which are generally recognized as being deleterious under Good Industry Practice.
