Quality Services. All partners will work together to create and sustain a safe and healthy living environment through quality, coordinated service delivery, but also allow for innovation and new ideas;
Quality Services. Eligible People have a right to expect high quality provision of community pharmacy services. DHBs have a responsibility to monitor the agreed service quality provided by you both through auditing and by reviewing your quality systems.
Quality Services. PdN HIE will perform the Services required under the Agreement in a professional and workmanlike manner.
Quality Services. Contractor represents and warrants that any services provided pursuant to this Master Contract shall be merchantable, shall conform to this Master Contract and Purchaser’s Purchase Order, and shall be delivered in full compliance with applicable law. Contractor further represents and warrants the services provided are free of liens and encumbrances and that the same do not infringe any third party patent. Upon breach of warranty, Contractor will repair or replace (at no charge to Purchaser) any goods and/or services whose nonconformance is discovered and made known to the Contractor. If, in Purchaser’s judgment, repair or replacement is inadequate, or fails of its essential purpose, Contractor will refund the full amount of any payments that have been made. The rights and remedies of the parties under this warranty are in addition to any other rights and remedies of the parties provided by law or equity, including, without limitation, actual damages, and, as applicable and awarded under the law, to a prevailing party, reasonable attorneysfees and costs.
Quality Services. PdN HIE will perform, and ensure the performance by its subcontractors of, the CHR Services in a professional and workmanlike manner. All data will be stored, transferred and displayed in accordance with Federal and State requirements for patient privacy and security and the terms of this CHR Services Agreement and the Master Services Agreement.

SKM Engineering (SKM) is located in Bountiful, Utah and was founded in 1989. SKM provides sound and proven electrical, instrumentation and control (EI&C) engineering, along with dependable and prompt service at the best value. The SKM team has the knowledge, training, and hands-on experience required to meet EI&C needs for your facilities. They apply a unique and fresh perspective and are recognized by clients for their ability to solve challenging technical problems quickly with simple and cost effective solutions. SKM provides services for over 100 clients throughout the U.S. and Canada. Aqua Environmental Services, Inc. (AES) is a division of the AQUA Engineering group, which provides operations, start-up, and calibration services to many small public and private sector clients. ▇▇▇ has developed a loyal base of clients in need of assistance with contract operations, small turnkey projects, facility management projects and systems troubleshooting. With its very low overhead, AES is able to offer services to many clients that would be difficult to provide with in- house staff, or in the case with small systems, with what would be costly full-time employees.
Quality Services. Providing efficient and courteous staff, and high quality equipment and products, to Licensees of the Facilities is an essential and integral part of this Contract. Contractor shall provide all Services with superior customer service. Contractor shall provide efficient, prompt, courteous and quality Services which meet or exceed industry standards. City reserves the right to prohibit or suspend Contractor’s provision of certain Services if those Services do not meet industry standards. Failure to provide quality and consistent Services may be cause for termination in accordance with Article XIII Termination. All Services shall be performed to the reasonable satisfaction of Director. The determination made by Director shall be final, binding and conclusive on all Parties hereto. Director shall notify Contractor of any unacceptable levels of Services and Contractor shall immediately remedy Service deficiencies.

  • Quality Service Standards Price Services and the Fund may from time to time agree to certain quality service standards, as well as incentives and penalties with respect to Price Services’ Services hereunder.

  • TESTING SERVICES DESCRIPTION This Exhibit contains additional terms and conditions applicable to testing services for digestive disorders (the “Testing Services”) that you may have purchased. The additional terms and conditions in this Exhibit only apply to the services described in this Exhibit.

  • Quality Management Grantee will: 1. comply with quality management requirements as directed by the System Agency. 2. develop and implement a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that conforms with 25 TAC § 448.504 and make the QMP available to System Agency upon request. The QMP must be developed no later than the end of the first quarter of the Contract term. 3. update and revise the QMP each biennium or sooner, if necessary. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s governing body will review and approve the initial QMP, within the first quarter of the Contract term, and each updated and revised QMP thereafter. The QMP must describe ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s methods to measure, assess, and improve - i. Implementation of evidence-based practices, programs and research-based approaches to service delivery; ii. Client/participant satisfaction with the services provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; iii. Service capacity and access to services; iv. Client/participant continuum of care; and v. Accuracy of data reported to the state. 4. participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities as defined and scheduled by the state including, but not limited to data verification, performing self-reviews; submitting self-review results and supporting documentation for the state’s desk reviews; and participating in the state’s onsite or desk reviews. 5. submit plan of improvement or corrective action plan and supporting documentation as requested by System Agency. 6. participate in and actively pursue CQI activities that support performance and outcomes improvement. 7. respond to consultation recommendations by System Agency, which may include, but are not limited to the following: i. Staff training; ii. Self-monitoring activities guided by System Agency, including use of quality management tools to self-identify compliance issues; and iii. Monitoring of performance reports in the System Agency electronic clinical management system.
