Common use of Quality Standard Clause in Contracts

Quality Standard. The quality of (i) the products offered by Licensee under the Company Name; (ii) all advertising, promotional and marketing materials with respect to the Company Name; and (iii) all operations of the business bearing the Company Name shall operate with quality standards at least as high as those of Licensee as of the Effective Date. Licensee shall not do any act that brings Licensor or the Company Name into disrepute.
