Quality Standard. The Licensed Product(s) shall meet a minimum standard of quality consistent with a high standard of like products in the industry and otherwise comply with standards of quality that may be established from time to time by Licensor with notice. All use of the Licensed Marks shall comply with the Trademark Usage Guidelines.
