Quality Statement. Supplier agrees to comply with the Quality Statement available on TPI’s website and which may be updated at TPI’s discretion from time to time.

This Quality Statement supersedes all Quality Statements signed by Supplier prior to the date of this Agreement. The Quality Statement applies on a global basis and includes all products sold by Supplier to TPI at all sites.
