Cordis will use its QS procedures, including, but not limited to its standard design control procedures for all Development Services and procedures for manufacturing, documentation control, purchasing control, material identification, production and process controls, inspection and measurement controls, product acceptance activities, and change control, as it pertains to the development and manufacture of the Product.
