Quantities and Cost. The Contractor shall submit the Acquisition Plan, for review by the TOCOR and other USDOT representatives, and revise based on comments received. The Contractor shall submit to the TOCOR, the Revised Plan and corresponding Comment Resolution Reports that document how each comment was resolved. The Contractor shall make any final revisions based on additional feedback received.
