Subject to the Purchaser's obligation to purchase Goods in the quantities specified in paragraph 2.1, above: 4.1 In the event that the Goods consist of various, non-identical items, the Purchaser shall have a right to purchase some of the items and not the others. 4.2 IEC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPDATE THE CONTRACT PERIOD AND THE QUANTITIES, BEFORE REQUESTING PRICE PROPOSALS, DUE TO CONSIDERATION OF BUDGETARY CIRCUMSTANCES.
