Quantity Discounts. SUNHILLO reserves the right to review quantity discounts at any time and to revise or eliminate such discounts based on the BUYER's purchasing history, order cancellation activity, or forecast. If, as a result of such review, quantity discounts are revised or eliminated, SUNHILLO may apply revised pricing to pending or in-process orders.
