Quantity Surveyor. For the purposes of this Contract the Quantity Surveyor is ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Best Limited of ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇,▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ or, if he ceases to be the Quantity Surveyor, such other person as the Employer shall nominate in accordance with clause 3.5 of the Conditions.
