Queue Position for Pending Requests. 5.1.1 Any Interconnection Customer assigned a Queue Position (“Pending Interconnection Request”) prior to the February 2, 2009 effective date of this GIP shall retain that Queue Position subject to the requirements below. Within sixty (60) Calendar days of February 2, 2009 these Interconnection Customers shall submit revised Interconnection Requests per Section 3.4.1 of this GIP.
