Common use of Queue Position Clause in Contracts

Queue Position. The Utility shall assign a Queue Position based upon the date- and time-stamp of the Interconnection Request. The Queue Position of each Interconnection Request will be used to determine the cost responsibility for the Upgrades necessary to accommodate the interconnection. At the Utility’s option, Interconnection Requests may be studied serially or in clusters for the purpose of the System Impact Study, should one be required. (See Section 4.4.)
