Common use of Quite Enjoyment Clause in Contracts

Quite Enjoyment. Landlord covenants and agrees that, conditioned upon Tenant paying the rent required under this Lease and paying all other charges and performing all of the covenants and provisions to be observed and performed by Tenant under this Lease, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease, Tenant shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises in accordance with this Lease.

Quite Enjoyment. Landlord covenants and agrees that, conditioned with Tenant that upon Tenant paying the rent Rent required under this Lease and paying all other charges and performing all of the covenants and provisions on Tenant's part to be observed and performed by Tenant under this Lease, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease, Tenant shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises in accordance with this LeaseLease without hindrance or molestation by Landlord or its employees or agents.

Quite Enjoyment. Landlord covenants and agrees that, conditioned with Tenant that upon Tenant paying the Fixed Rent and additional rent required under this Lease and paying all other charges observing and performing all of the terms, covenants and provisions conditions on Tenant's part to be observed and performed by performed, Tenant under this Leasemay peaceably and quietly enjoy the Demised Premises, and subject subject, nevertheless, to the terms and conditions of this Leaselease, Tenant shall including, but not limited to, Article 31 hereof, and may peaceably to the ground leases, underlying leases and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises in accordance with this Leasemortgages hereinbefore mentioned.

Quite Enjoyment. Landlord covenants agrees that if Tenant pays the rent, and agrees that, conditioned upon Tenant paying the rent required under this Lease and paying all other charges herein provided, and performing shall perform all of the covenants and provisions agreements herein stipulated to be observed and performed by Tenant under this Lease, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Leaseon Tenant's part, Tenant shall at all times during the term of this Lease have the peaceable and may peaceably quiet enjoyment and quietly havepossession of the demised premises without any hindrance from Lanlord or any persons lawfully claiming through Landlord, hold and enjoy except as to such portion of the Premises in accordance with this Leasedemised premises as shall be taken under the power of eminent domain.
