Common use of Quotation on Nasdaq Clause in Contracts

Quotation on Nasdaq. The Company shall promptly secure the designation and quotation of the Warrant Shares on the Nasdaq National Market and shall use its best efforts to maintain the designation and quotation, or listing, of the shares of Common Stock on the Nasdaq National Market or, if not quoted on such market, the New York Stock Exchange or other national securities exchange.
