Common use of Quotations Clause in Contracts

Quotations. Where at any time Deswik provides a quotation to the Customer (including but not limited to as part of any Proposal) the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the quotation is: (a) based on Deswik's reasonable assessment of the time and materials required to undertake the work based on the information available to Deswik at the time of preparing the quotation; and (b) indicative only and is not binding on Deswik.
