Radio Spectrum Charges Sample Clauses

The Radio Spectrum Charges clause defines the obligations related to fees or payments for the use of radio frequency spectrum. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for paying government-imposed charges or licensing fees associated with the allocation and use of specific radio frequencies necessary for telecommunications or broadcasting services. For example, in a contract between a service provider and a customer, the provider may be required to pay all spectrum charges to regulatory authorities. The core function of this clause is to clearly allocate financial responsibility for regulatory costs, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
