Ranks and Categories of Appointment. All librarian appointments under this Collective Agreement shall be made in one of the following ranks: Librarian I, Librarian II, Associate Librarian, Senior Librarian. Appointments shall be made in one (1) of the following categories: a) probationary appointment - an appointment in a tenure-track position of approximately three (3) academic years ending May 31, during which the performance of the individual shall be reviewed for the purpose of reappointment in accordance with Article 15.
