Common use of RAP In Mix Clause in Contracts

RAP In Mix. On this Contract, the Contractor may incorporate RAP into all asphalt concrete mixes to be placed. The RAP content of the C-HF and D-HF mix shall be a minimum of five percent (5%) and shall not exceed a maximum of twenty percent (20%). It shall be necessary for the Contractor to utilize RAP from their existing stockpiles.

The RAP content of the B-HF and C-HF and D-HF mix mixes shall be a minimum of five percent (5%) and shall not exceed a maximum of twenty twenty- five percent (2025%). It shall be necessary for the Contractor to utilize RAP from their existing stockpiles.
