Rate for Service. During the Initial Term of this Contract for Transportation Services, for Contract Demand, Shipper shall pay the higher of (i) $1.057 x Contract Demand per Month or (ii) the then current C1Rate.
Rate for Service a. The rate charged for service shall be as set forth in the current rate schedule applicable to the service being supplied. The member shall pay to the Cooperative $ per month and not less than $ per year for service or for having service available. These minimums, or the applicable rate schedule minimums, whichever are greater, shall apply during the term of this agreement. Rate schedules shall be subject to change by the Cooperative when a rate adjustment is deemed necessary by it's Board of Trustees. b. The member shall pay the Cooperative for electric service at the provided in the applicable rate schedule and in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Cooperative's rules and regulations. c. The member ▇▇▇▇▇▇ gives written consent to the Cooperative to transfer to the member’s current service account, regardless of class, any unpaid balance owed for service received or costs incurred at this or any separate metering point, residence or location, regardless of the class of service received or when such service was received whether prior, concurrent or successive.

The Customer expressly agrees and understands that all charges and adjustments thereto provided for in the applicable tariff shall be subject to change by the Board of Trustees of the Cooperative. b. The Customer shall pay the Cooperative for electric service at the rate provided in the applicable rate schedule and in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Cooperative’s rules and regulations. Customer is solely responsible for providing load characteristics and other data necessary to determine the appropriate tariff under which Customer shall receive service. c. The Customer hereby gives written consent to the Cooperative to transfer to the Customer’s current service account, regardless of class, any unpaid balance owed for service received or costs incurred at this or any separate metering point, residence or location, regardless of class of service received or when such service was received whether prior, concurrent or successive.

Member Entity expressly agrees and understands that the rate schedule and all rates, charges, and adjustments thereto are subject to change by Cooperative's Board of Directors ("Board"). b. Member Entity shall pay Cooperative for the Non-Potable Water Service at the rate provided in the applicable rate schedule and in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in Cooperative's rules and regulations.

Member shall pay DS&O for electric service at the rate provided in the applicable rate schedule and in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in DS&O’s rules and regulations. Member is solely responsible for providing load characteristics and other data necessary to determine the appropriate rate schedule under which Member shall receive service. c. Member hereby gives written consent to DS&O to transfer to Member’s current service account, regardless of class, any unpaid balance owed for service received or costs incurred at this or any separate metering point, residence, or location, regardless of class of service received or when such service was received, whether prior, concurrent, or successive.

  • Credit for Service Purchaser shall cause each benefit plan, severance plan and time-off program maintained, sponsored, adopted or contributed to by Purchaser or its Affiliates in which Transferred Employees are eligible to participate (collectively, the “Purchaser Benefit Plans”), to take into account for all purposes under Purchaser Benefit Plans (but not for purposes of defined benefit pension accruals under any defined benefit plan) the service of such employees with Seller or its Affiliates prior to the Transfer Date to the same extent as such service was credited for the applicable purpose by Seller or the applicable Affiliate. In addition, Purchaser shall cause each Transferred Employee to be immediately eligible to participate, without any waiting time, in any and all Purchaser Benefit Plans.

  • Fee for Services Recipient agrees to pay to Contran $65,750 quarterly on the first business day of each quarter, commencing as of January 1, 2003, pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Release for Servicing From time to time and as appropriate for the enforcement or servicing any of the Collateral, the Collateral Custodian is hereby authorized (unless and until such authorization is revoked by the Administrative Agent), upon written receipt from the Servicer of a request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit H to release to the Servicer the related Required Asset Documents or the documents set forth in such request and receipt to the Servicer. All documents so released to the Servicer shall be held by the Servicer in trust for the benefit of the Administrative Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Servicer shall return to the Collateral Custodian the Required Asset Documents or other such documents (i) immediately upon the request of the Administrative Agent, or (ii) when the Servicer’s need therefor in connection with such foreclosure or servicing no longer exists, unless the Asset shall be liquidated, in which case, upon receipt of an additional request for release of documents and receipt certifying such liquidation from the Servicer to the Collateral Custodian in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit H, the Servicer’s request and receipt submitted pursuant to the first sentence of this subsection shall be released by the Collateral Custodian to the Servicer.

  • Fees for Services The compensation of the Subadviser for its services under this Agreement shall be calculated and paid by the Adviser in accordance with the attached Schedule C. Pursuant to the Investment Advisory Agreement between the Fund and the Adviser, the Adviser is solely responsible for the payment of fees to the Subadviser.

  • Compensation for Services You may be eligible to receive compensation for providing certain services in respect of Shares of the Funds if you meet the requirements of and enter into a Dealer Services Agreement with American Funds Service Company.
