Rate of Hire. Subject as herein provided, the Charterer shall pay for the use and hire of the Vessel to the Owner at the rate of hire which is seventy-five per cent. (75%) of the rate payable pursuant to the previous time charter in respect of the Vessel as entered into between Golar 2226 UK Ltd as Owners and Methane Services Limited as Charterers on the 11th of November 2011, per day or pro rata for any day thereof for charter period.
