Rate of Hire. (a) Charterers shall pay for the use and hire of the Vessel to the Owners at the rate of ***** per day or pro rata for any day thereof for the Firm Period. (b) Charterers shall pay for the use and hire of the Vessel to the Owners at the rate of ***** per day or pro rata for any day thereof during the Vessel Option Period. (c) Charter hire shall commence from the time and date of delivery of the Vessel to Charterers until the time and date of redelivery to Owners.
