Rate Sheet. SONIFI shall pay Contractor for completed Services in accordance with the fees, costs and charges set forth in a SOW, or if not specified in the applicable SOW, in accordance with the SONIFI Rate Sheet in effect at the time the PO is executed. SONIFI shall provide Contractor with the current Rate Sheet within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date. SONIFI may update such Rate Sheet in its discretion from time to time by providing Contractor with such updated Rate Sheet.
