Rater and Rating. The immediate supervisor of the employee being evaluated is expected to conduct the performance evaluation using the form prescribed by the Personnel Officer. Where an employee has worked under several supervisors, each supervisor should contribute to the evaluation. Whenever a supervisor is transferred or leaves the City, he/she shall prepare, prior to his/her leaving, a preliminary evaluation of employees working under him/her. Each performance evaluation report shall be discussed with the employee. The employee shall sign the report as a means of acknowledging its content and shall have the opportunity to make his/her own comments. Such signature shall not necessarily mean the employee agrees with the content of said report.

  • PRIORITY RATING If so identified, this Contract is a "rated order" certified for national defense, emergency preparedness, and energy program use, and SELLER shall follow all the requirements of the Defense Priorities and Allocation System Regulation (15 C.F.R. Part 700).
