Rates for Saturdays and Sundays. 51.1 All rostered time of ordinary duty performed on Saturday and Sunday will be paid for at the rate of time and a half. 51.2 Where Saturday and Sunday duties are required to be carried out in excess of the week’s work such duties are to be paid at the rate of double time. 51.3 Any recall to duty on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid in accordance with clause 52 (Overtime), clause 53 (Recall – Return to Workplace) and/or clause 54 (Recall – No Return to Workplace) as applicable. 51.4 Time off in lieu of overtime may be taken in accordance with subclause 52.8 this Agreement.

Rates for Saturdays and Sundays. Full-time and part-time 5.6.1 All rostered time of ordinary hours of work of an employee, other than a casual, performed on Saturday or Sunday will be paid for at the rate of time and a half. 5.6.2 Where Saturday or Sunday work is required in addition to their rostered ordinary hours in 5.6.1 such work will be paid at the rate of double time. 5.6.3 Any recall to duty on a Saturday or on a Sunday will be paid at double time with a minimum payment of three hours at that rate. 5.6.4 Time in lieu on the basis of time off for time worked may be allowed by agreement with the Practice Group manager.   • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, etc If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall not be a Business Day, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall be a Saturday or a Sunday or shall be a legal holiday in the State of New York, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding day not a legal holiday.

  • Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall be a Saturday, Sunday or U.S. federal holiday, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or U.S. federal holiday.

  • Saturday and Sunday Work (a) Where an employee is rostered to work ordinary hours between midnight Friday and midnight Saturday, the employee will be paid a loading of 50% of their ordinary rate of pay for the hours worked during this period. (b) Where an employee is rostered to work ordinary hours between midnight Saturday and midnight Sunday, all employees excluding home care employees will be paid a loading of 75% of their ordinary rate of pay for the hours worked during this period. (c) Casual employees will be paid in accordance with Clauses 35(a) and 35(b). The rates prescribed in Clauses 35(a) and 35(b) will be in substitution for and not cumulative upon the casual loading prescribed in Clause 12.5(b). (d) These extra rates will be in substitution for and not cumulative upon the shift penalties prescribed at Clause 38 Shiftwork.

  • Payments Due on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays If the date of maturity of interest on or principal of the Securities of any series or any Coupons appertaining thereto or the date fixed for redemption or repayment of any such Security or Coupon shall not be a Business Day, then payment of interest or principal need not be made on such date, but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the date of maturity or the date fixed for redemption, and no interest shall accrue for the period after such date.
