Ratification of Agreement Sample Clauses

Ratification of Agreement. As supplemented by this Supplement, the Agreement is in all respects ratified and confirmed and the Agreement as so supplemented by this Supplement shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

Ratification of Agreement. Except as expressly amended and provided herein, all of the terms, conditions and provisions of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Ratification of Agreement. The Original Credit Agreement as hereby amended is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects. Any reference to the Credit Agreement in any Loan Document shall be deemed to refer to this Amendment also. The execution, delivery and effectiveness of this Amendment and the other Amendment Documents shall not, except as expressly provided herein, operate as a waiver of any right, power or remedy of Bank under the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document nor constitute a waiver of any provision of the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document.

Ratification of Agreement. As supplemented by this Supplement, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and the Indenture, as so supplemented by this Supplement, shall be read, taken, and construed as one and the same instrument. This Supplement amends, modifies and supplemented the Indenture only in so far as it relates to the Securitized Utility Tariff Bonds.

Ratification of Agreement. As amended by this Amendment, the Existing Repurchase Agreement is in all respects ratified and confirmed and the Existing Repurchase Agreement as so modified by this Amendment shall be read, taken, and construed as one and the same instrument.
