Common use of Ratification of Base Indenture Clause in Contracts

Ratification of Base Indenture. As supplemented by this Supplement and except as specified in this Supplement, the Base Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and the Base Indenture as so supplemented by this Supplement shall be read, taken, and construed as one and the same instrument. In this regard, for the purposes of the terms and conditions governing the Series 2004-1 Notes and the Group III Collateral, Section 7.28 of the Base Indenture shall not apply.
