Common use of Ratification of Lease Clause in Contracts

Ratification of Lease. The Lease, as modified by this Amendment, remains in full force and effect, and Landlord and Tenant hereby ratify the same. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit to the parties and their respective successors and assigns.

Ratification of Lease. The Lease, as modified by By their respective execution of this Amendment, each of Landlord and Tenant (i) acknowledge and agree that the Lease remains in full force and effect, and Landlord (ii) ratify and Tenant hereby ratify confirm the same. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure Lease in all respects, subject only to the benefit to the parties terms and their respective successors and assignsconditions of this Amendment.

Ratification of Lease. The Except as amended by the terms of this Amendment, all of the terms, covenants and conditions of the Lease, as modified by this Amendmentamended, remains and the rights and obligations of the Landlord and Tenant thereunder shall remain in full force and effect, effect and Landlord hereby are ratified and Tenant hereby ratify the sameaffirmed. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit to the parties of Landlord, Tenant and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Ratification of Lease. The Lease, as modified by this Amendment, remains in full force and effect, and Landlord Lessor and Tenant Lessee hereby ratify the same. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit to of the parties and their respective successors and assigns. All references to the Lease in any document shall be deemed to mean the Lease as amended by this Eighth Amendment.

All references in this Amendment or in die Lease to the “Lease” shall mean the Lease as amended hereby. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit to the tine parties and their respective successors and assigns.

All references in the Original Lease to the "Lease" shall mean the Original Lease as amended hereby. This Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit to the parties and their respective successors and assigns.

Ratification of Lease. The LeaseExcept as herein provided, as modified by this Amendment, remains the terms and conditions of the Lease shall continue in full force and effect, effect and the Lease as amended herein is hereby ratified and affirmed by each of Landlord and Tenant hereby ratify the same. This Amendment and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit to the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
