Common use of Rating Guide Clause in Contracts

Rating Guide. All insurance companies issuing such policies shall be admitted carriers licensed to do business in the state where the Property is located. Tenant shall provide to Landlord, upon request, evidence that the insurance required to be carried by Tenant pursuant to this Paragraph, including any endorsement effecting the additional insured status, is in full force and effect and that premiums therefor have been paid.

Tenant shall provide to Landlord, upon request, evidence that the insurance required to be carried by Tenant pursuant to this ParagraphSection, including any endorsement effecting the additional insured status, is in full force and effect and reasonable information that premiums therefor have been paid.
