Common use of Rating of Premises Clause in Contracts

Rating of Premises. Upon T▇▇▇▇▇’s request but not more often than once every twelve (12) months, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide to Tenant the data required to calculate benchmarks for the energy efficiency of the Premises using the ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager and, at Tenant’s cost and expense, cause a professional engineer to analyze the energy efficiency of the Premises and issue a Statement of Energy Performance as required by the ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager.
