Common use of Rating Requirements Clause in Contracts

Rating Requirements. Except for the State Compensation Insurance Fund, all insurance required by express provision of this Agreement shall be carried only by responsible insurance companies that have been given at least an “A” or “A-” and “VI” rating by AM BEST, that are authorized by the California Insurance Commissioner to do business in the State of California, and that have been approved by City.
