Ratings and Reviews. The Mobile Application and other Interactive Areas may allow you to rate (each, a “Rating”) and post reviews (each, a “Review”) of chefs, bartenders, and food trucks, and other third party food and beverage providers. Such Ratings and Reviews are considered Your Content and are governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Ratings and Reviews are not endorsed by Chef2You, and do not represent the views of Chef2You or of any affiliate or partner of Chef2You. Chef2You does not assume liability for Ratings and Reviews or for any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from any Ratings and Reviews. We strive to maintain a high level of integrity with our Ratings and Reviews and other aspects of Your Content. Therefore, all Ratings and Reviews must comply with the following criteria: (1) before posting a Rating or Review, you must have had recent first-hand experience with the chef; (2) you may not have a proprietary or other affiliation with either the chef or any of his or her competitors; (3) you may not draw any legal conclusions regarding the chef’s services or conduct; and (4) your review must otherwise comply with the terms of this Agreement as well as all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including without limitation the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising. Any Rating and/or Review that we determine, in our sole discretion, could diminish the integrity of the Ratings and Reviews, the Materials and/or the Mobile Application may be removed or excluded by us without notice. COMMUNICATIONS & TEXT MESSAGES When you use the Services, or send emails, text messages, and other communications from your mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages through the Services, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Your voluntary provision to Chef2You of your cell phone number represents your consent that Chef2You may contact you by telephone, SMS, or MMS messages at that phone number, and your consent to receiving such communications for transactional, operational, or informational purposes. Ratings and Reviews. 13.1. After a completed booking, the Guest will be reminded to post a public review and submit a rating about the Property and Host (who can leave a reply). 13.2. Ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of individuals and do not reflect the opinion of BeeRent, nor are they a verified by BeeRent for accuracy and may be incorrect or misleading. 13.3. Ratings and reviews by Guests and Hosts must be accurate and may not contain any offensive or defamatory language. 13.4. Users are prohibited from manipulating the ratings and reviews system in any manner, such as instructing a third party to write a positive or negative review about another User.

Ratings and Reviews. You understand that as part of the Registry, we may make available a facility for third parties to post ratings and reviews on your Offering (“Reviews”). You understand that while we may (but are not obligated to) exercise traditional editorial functions associated with such Reviews, we have no obligation to, and shall not be, reviewing, vetting, or otherwise examining such Reviews and have no obligation to remove Reviews that may be unfavorable to your Offering.

Ratings and Reviews. The Service allows Members to post reviews, ratings and comments about Coaches, Specialists, Mentors, companies and other profiles as may be added from time to time (collectively, “Reviews”), and if you are a Member, you are solely responsible for any content, opinion, statement, recommendation or advance contained therein. Reviews posted on the Service are User Content that is not endorsed by Ureeka and do not represent the views of Ureeka. You acknowledge that any opinions, statement, recommendation, ratings, offers, advice or other information presented or disseminated in any Review are those of their respective authors who are solely responsible and liable for their content. Ureeka shall have the right, but not the obligation to monitor or review any Reviews at any time. Ureeka reserves the right to refuse to post or remove any material submitted or posted in any Review. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that Ureeka is under no obligation to edit or modify any information available in any Reviews or decide any dispute or disagreement between the posters and shall have no liability to you for any content posted in a Review. Ureeka does not assume liability for Reviews or for any claims for economic loss resulting from such ratings and reviews. Because we expect Users to maintain a high level of integrity with respect to ratings and reviews posted through the Service, you agree: (i) to base any rating or review you post only on your first-hand experience with the applicable Consultant; (ii) you will not provide a rating or review for any Consultant with respect to which you have an employment relationship or other affiliation; (iii) you will not submit a rating or review in exchange for payment or other benefits from any individual or entity; and (iv) your review will comply with these Terms. If Ureeka determines, in our sole discretion, that any rating or review could diminish the integrity of the ratings and reviews, we may exclude such User Content without notice.

Ratings and Reviews. Digi-Key may use mechanisms that rate or review, or allow shoppers to rate or review, Products and Supplier’s performance as a Supplier and Digi-Key may make these ratings publicly available. Digi-Key will have no liability to Supplier for the content or accuracy of any ratings or reviews. Supplier will have no ownership interest in or license to use any rating or reviews posted on the Sites.

Ratings and Reviews. Once you rate or review an application or other Digital Good in the Shop, you may receive email from CReed Global containing content from the publisher of the application or Digital Good. Any such email comes from CReed Global; we do not share your email address with publishers of applications or other Digital Goods you acquire through the Shop.
