Ratio of Secured Indebtedness to Total Asset Value. The Borrower shall not permit the ratio of (i) Secured Indebtedness of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ REIT and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis (which shall include ▇▇▇▇▇▇ REIT’s Ownership Share of Unconsolidated Affiliates in accordance with Section 1.2), to (ii) Total Asset Value, to exceed 0.45 to 1.00, at any time.
