R&D Activities Clause Samples

The R&D Activities clause defines the scope and expectations for research and development work conducted under an agreement. It typically outlines the specific projects, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities of each party involved in the R&D process, and may address issues such as reporting requirements, use of resources, and compliance with applicable laws. By clearly delineating the framework for collaborative or individual R&D efforts, this clause helps ensure that both parties understand their obligations and reduces the risk of disputes over project scope or performance.
