Common use of Re-registration Clause in Contracts

Re-registration. At the end of each period corresponding to the legal term of validity of this Pledge, the Pledgor hereby undertakes to re-register the Pledge at its own expense (with the relevant Commercial Courts (greffes des tribunaux de commerce) for an additional period of protection under the law, for so long as this Pledge remains in full force pursuant to Clause 19.
