RE-SALE OF PROPERTY & DISPLAY OF BOARDS. 20.1 The Purchaser shall not be entitled to on-sell the Property before the purchaser has taken occupation of the Dwelling, or display, or allow to be erected or displayed, any boards at the Property without the prior written consent of the Seller. 20.2 The Purchaser shall allow the Seller to display a company profile or sold board at the boundary of the Property for a period not exceeding 30 days after registration of transfer of the Property.
