Reading Primary Focus. The School shall make reading a primary focus of the curriculum and provide sufficient resources to identify and provide specialized instruction for students who are reading below grade level. The reading curriculum and instructional strategies shall be consistent with Florida Standards and grounded in scientifically-based reading research.
Reading Primary Focus. 140 The School shall make reading a primary focus of the curriculum and provide sufficient 141 resources to identify and provide specialized instruction for students who are reading 142 below grade level. The reading curriculum and instructional strategies shall be 143 consistent with Florida Standards and grounded in scientifically-based reading research. 144 Updates, revisions, and/or changes to the curriculum programs described in the 145 Application and as requested by the Sponsor as a condition of the Application’s 146 approval are incorporated as part of the approved Application included as Appendix A. 147 Any request to change the School’s curriculum must be submitted to the Sponsor in 148 writing, comply with all applicable laws and be approved by the Sponsor before 149 changes are implemented.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Green Economy/Carbon Footprint a) The Supplier/Service Provider has in its bid provided Transnet with an understanding of the Supplier’s/Service Provider’s position with regard to issues such as waste disposal, recycling and energy conservation.

  • Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number Requirement Grantee will provide their valid DUNS number contemporaneous with execution of this Agreement.

  • Minimum Data Necessary Shared The Provider attests that the Student Data request by the Provider from the LEA in order for the LEA to access the Provider’s products and/or services is limited to the Student Data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the K-12 school purposes for which it is processed.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.
